Who it's for

Businesses with no in-house SEO capability, or with a marketing team that has plenty to do already and no search specialist among them.

You want someone accountable for the channel rather than a list of tasks to manage. You brief me on the business; I own the search program and report back in terms you can act on.

What you get

A written strategy you approve before any work begins
All execution handled: technical, content, on-page, off-site
Specialist copywriting, development and PR costs included
Monthly reporting tied to leads, sales and revenue
Direct access to me, not an account manager

What's inside a program

Scope flexes with your market and your site, but these are the components a managed retainer draws on.

Strategy and research

Market, competitor and demand analysis to work out where the revenue actually sits before anything gets built.

Technical foundations

Crawling, indexing, structure and speed, so the rest of the work can compound instead of being held back.

Content

Planned around the questions buyers ask at each stage, written by on-shore specialists and built to convert, not just rank.

Authority building

Earned links and brand mentions from publications with real audiences, strengthening both search and credibility.

AI search visibility

Entity, schema and off-site work so AI tools name your business when someone asks who to use.

Conversion and measurement

Tracking set up properly, LeadSight attribution, and continuous testing on the pages that carry the most revenue.

Specialist costs are included

Copywriting, development, design and digital PR partners are all inside your monthly figure. No surprise line items, no scope arguments halfway through a quarter.

Reported in revenue

LeadSight attributes leads and sales back to search, so the monthly conversation is about what the channel returned rather than which keywords moved.

Common questions

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Retainers run month to month. SEO needs time to compound, so I'll be honest with you about the runway a program needs before you commit, but staying should be a decision you make because the work is returning.

Do you work with my existing web developer?

Yes, and it's usually the fastest route. I specify changes precisely enough for your developer to implement without guesswork. Where you don't have one, my development partners handle it inside the retainer.

What if my site needs rebuilding?

I'll tell you if the platform is genuinely holding growth back rather than quietly working around it. A rebuild is a big call, so it comes with a clear explanation of what it would unlock and what it would cost you not to.

How often will we speak?

Monthly at minimum, with a written report and a call. Beyond that I'm reachable directly. There's no account manager between you and the person doing the work.

Find out what's possible for your site

Send your domain through and I'll review it before we speak. No obligation, and a straight answer on whether a managed program is worth it for you.
